Belisarius Cawl

Belisarius Cawl’s main post-Rift novels are The Great Work → Genefather → Archmagos. To Speak as One is an optional short story about an earlier operation involving Qvo-87 and Alpha Primus; Five Questions is companion material, not the next main novel. The earlier In the Grim Darkness, in Reforging, concerns Felix’s origins and the Primaris project, but is not a required immediate prequel. The characters’ memories do not move the later novels’ main action into M31–M32; exact years are not established.
