Ashes of the Imperium

Chris Wraight

My reading

Horus is dead, the Emperor is silent, and Terra has barely survived its victory. Dorn demands immediate vengeance while a newly arrived Guilliman insists on restoring governance and rebuilding Luna and Mars; their argument forces the surviving institutions to settle again where authority lies. In parallel, scattered Iron Warriors, Word Bearers and other remnants of the Great Armada try to break out of the Solar System, while Malcador's people and the Sisters of Silence lay the foundations of the grim Imperium to come.
