Garro: Malcador’s Commission — books on the story line

After returning to Terra, Nathaniel Garro accepts Malcador’s commission to find a warrior whose loyalty matters more than his former Legion allegiance. This is the opening of Oath of Moment, before the search for Tylos Rubio on Calth. Rubio’s recruitment and oath remain part of the Calth mission, shown under the Battle of Calth. The commission’s exact date and the interval before the mission are unestablished.
