Tartarus: Sabreen, Roth’s relic and Dunnard’s plot — books on the story line

Sabreen keeps Saint Ambrosius’s skull and, with Octavian, uncovers Confessor Dunnard’s plot involving mirrors and a sorcerous shield. She kills the portal-transformed Octavian at his request and strikes Dunnard; the shield’s fall unleashes fire. This is not Sabreen’s final death: she returns in the later strand.
