The three End and the Death volumes follow the Vengeful Spirit assault through to the Emperor–Horus duel’s outcome. Stories of Narek, the Blood Angels, Aphone and Ahriman are anchored to different episodes of that finale. They are not required insertions between volumes; in warp-distorted time, neighbouring cards do not represent separate consecutive days.
