The Watcher: Recovering the Survivor’s Memories — books on the story line

After Isstvan V, a shuttle carrying the sole survivor of the Space Wolves pack sent to watch Curze reaches the Solar System. Ison recovers his memories, turning the account of the pack’s loss into intelligence for Malcador. This is The Watcher’s later narrative frame, not the watch pack’s mission, which appears as a separate, earlier event. The frame’s exact year and the precise location of the questioning are unestablished.
