The Rending of Lugganath — books on the story line

In Primogenitor, Oleander Koh draws Fabius Bile into an expedition to the craftworld Lugganath, culminating in the Rending of 764.M34. That date anchors the Lugganath conflict, not every preparatory scene in the novel. The main route follows Fabius, the Consortium and the New Men; a secondary Emperor’s Children connection is retained because conflict with remnants of the III Legion is substantial. This is one book shown in two story lines, not two different works. Clonelord is the next trilogy novel; the optional short stories remain separate episodes, not participants in the Rending itself.
