Black Legion and the Ezekarion

Main series: The Talon of Horus → Black Legion. Extinction depicts the Sons of Horus’ earlier collapse; Repairer of Ruin gives optional Fabius background to the theft of Horus’s body. The Wonderworker is optional between the two novels. A Flash of Silver Among the Corroded Ghosts follows Khayon in the First Black Crusade’s fourth year, not a third main-series novel. The early stories’ relative order supplies no exact years. Abaddon: Chosen of Chaos is a later character portrait with no secure campaign placement. M41 and post-Rift stories are not immediate continuations.
